Following on from dbs’ relaunch (click here to read), the team at TBD has been responsible for their ongoing comms. A combination of regularly updated site content, weekly emailers and a Twitter feed driving people to sign up to the newsletter has ensured that dbs’ unique visitors per month are always in excess of 400.
The weekly emailer receives an open-rate of over 100 unique opens week-on-week for the dbs emailers. In addition to dbs’ Twitter followers growing weekly.
The alignment of comms has resulted in significant amounts of traffic being driven to the dbs website as a direct result of the tailored content and continuity in external communications.
